...Not exactly the type of landing I was expecting. All status check were normal, for starters. This doesn't seem like folding gone wrong at all. Everything's functioning except for anything that has to do with communicating back to the base. Gee, how convenient.

((... so my hiatus 'til the end of July turned into a hiatus until almost the end of August. Oops! But I'm back now, more or less. Anyway, the radios work... sort of. The Island has tampered with them, so they may translate the message into Pig Latin, or run it backwards, or replace every third word with "purple," or distort it in some other way -- whatever you want to do. But Kohran doesn't know that yet, obviously.
