Dinner and a Key

...do I want to go see a movie?  I suppose it could be educational, if the film is properly selected; very well. "Yes".

...

These movie options are unacceptable.  None of these movies appear to be informative in any fashion.  I will decline.  "Cancel".

...

Why is she crying now?  Is she harmed?  Where is the First Aid option?  I should call an ambulance.  "Call".

.........

W-What?  Why is she offended that I am trying to make a phone call now?  I am trying to help you.  You are being perfectly irrational!  Please do not--

G-Game Over?!

Wait!  Do not leave!  I will see the pointless movie and partake in unhealthy beverages!

Damn, another failure.  This does not make any sense.

((Sousuke's stumbled on a laptop which is good for nothing besides playing dating sims, a feat which he
fails miserably at.  Come coach him?  Watch him fail harder than you thought possible?  Or maybe take interest in the key he's tied around his neck, who knows. ARGH GOTTA SLEEP SO HARD--will continue tags on the morrow!))

If you trust yourself, you'll know that perhaps there is a threat that you just can't see.

Hmph. I think you're an idiot. With a mindset like that, I'm surprised you're not dead.

*points at YOU*

From this position, how much of a threat am I to you?

[identity profile] dualcore-amdx64.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
Second question. Which direction would the attack come from?

[identity profile] dualcore-amdx64.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 06:23 am (UTC)(link)
Third question. As the attacker, I may have the advantage of surprise. What would be your reaction of choice?

[identity profile] dualcore-amdx64.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 06:29 am (UTC)(link)
And if you didn't have the time to lay your own traps? Or, no, let me make an educated guess and say that you already have.

[identity profile] dualcore-amdx64.livejournal.com 2009-01-28 06:40 am (UTC)(link)
*okay, she's done pointing*

Judging by your own reactions, I would assume they are normal military issue.

Under the assumption that you have the equipment, reflexes, and response time of a normal human and factoring in the answers to your questions, I would give you a 12.76496% chance of surviving that scenario. However, this does not factor in outside surprises or potential allies you may have in the area.

Despite the low number, you should be proud. I do not enter battles unless I have a 100% chance of winning. Furthermore, I have yet to complete any research on you, rendering such an attack as wasteful when there is information to be gleaned.

If you are a normal human, you should indeed be proud.

Admittedly, I have been absolutely defeated by someone who had much less of a percentage of surviving. Regardless, I wish to study you.

You are an abnormal individual. Someone who cannot be quantified in a normal populace. Your thought process, demeanor, and knowledge separate you from others. For an alchemist like myself, you represent a step forward in research and your status of being from another world raises that interest.

In short, I wish to experience your experiences.

That is not what I mean. I usually would not ask for permission for this but if I don't, this may lead to unnecessary conflicts in the future if discovered.

To make it short and simple, I wish to read your mind.
