[There's a notlittle boy standing outside the Labyrinth. He seems to be seriously debating whether or not to go in.]

If I keep my hand on one wall, I should be able to make my way out, even if I lose track somehow. And if there's dangers, I should be able to handle it. How bad can a maze be? Not like a large predator would be able to find all it's food in there unless there's a lot of animals...

[He's mostly talking to himself in this debate. He hasn't really talked to anyone that day. Too bad or he might have realized what's going on.]

[He's running a hand along the inner wall, walking slowly.] Even if it swung in, there should be.... [And then his hands meet air and he pauses.]

... [Moves a hand down, and feels the top of some bricks. Sticks his head through the hole.] So that's it...built up the bricks enough to not make the next trail obvious and match the lines so people don't notice there is a turn...

It'll be a lot harder to keep track of where we are and we probably passed a lot of turns.

[Pulls a button out of his pocket and sticks it on the wall. Then he drags his foot along the dirt, pointing the way they came.] But that's fine. Not the first maze I've been in.

That button is a tracer that my glasses can trace. And the little girl from my world has a badge like I do and I can track that. If we get lost, I contact her if my tracers somehow don't guide us out and just keep heading in the direction she's in until we get out.

A few times, but usually I can find way out another way, but since I can't keep track of turns when they're hidden, this would be a more reliable way.
