Looks like I'm behind schedule, but if this gets done ahead of time, it'll all be in the past. Once again, I need the same people who helped me make Lelouch's party possible. New volunteers would be really nice, too. Assuming it'll snow again, the party will take place inside the inn and I need some room for games and stuff.

I already have someone take care of the cake and decorations, so there's no need to worry about them.

Listen, I have a problem with this friend of mine. I just can't help but be concerned about his, uh... body being way out of shape. Frankly, it worries me.

So. How do you convince someone that they need to exercise?

That can be corrected through rigorous training. One must suffer abuse before their body adapts to endure it.

Fainting is not uncommon; neither is vomiting or fits of mild hysteria.

I have done this before; to specify, I raised a team of spineless wimps into the most fearsome high school rugby team in all of Japan.

Their victories have been absolute since then.

I see... but in any case, every method will have different results depending on the person and environment.

The routine can be adapted to accommodate to his lesser physical strength; it will be difficult, to start from the very basics, but not impossible.

Considering he hasn't had exercise in forever, I'll go with the basics.

Hmm... now to properly convince him, since he's fully aware that he's aware of his physical faults. The problem is, he doesn't care at all; he thinks he could go by with just his intellect.

Then perhaps a staged attack would suffice. For example, if I were to disguise my identity and attack him physically - nothing serious, just enough to cause him to fear for his well-being - he would have to realize the danger of being so unfit.

At that point, you could "intervene", driving off my feigned attack so as to display that your training is a valuable asset.

Wait a minute, wouldn't a staged attack go overboard?

Of course not. I would have full control of the situation.

That is why he would not be informed that the attack was staged; if he was to learn that there was no legitimate threat, he would lose his drive to improve.

If he was willing to do so in the first place, then this dilemma would not exist at all. He must be forced to realize that he needs training.

In technicality, no. However I have served under several, and have successfully applied their methods previously.

I've had some training back home, and it's most definitely nothing like yours.

It is not impossible that my circumstances were distinctly different from yours; from what I gather, my military experience is unusual in comparison to most.
