What can I say? Security has no right to do what they do anyway, and what the kids of Satellite should have but don't, I deliver to them, no matter where it's from. Simple as that.

Hmmm... Well, back home, it's like this. There's Neo Domino City, and then there's Satellite. In Satellite, people are pretty much all orphans and either die, are criminals sent over from Neo Domino, or are working to power Neo Domino. Not allowed to have anything, just work or go get locked up. And I mean, and I don't know this for sure since I've only been there a couple of times, but if I was trying to get any of the stuff I steal and was from Neo Domino, I probably wouldn't even need to steal it in the first place, but hey, that's life.

Hmm... Well, I guess corrupt authorities aren't that uncommon or anything, but that still sounds pretty unbelievable...

Yeah, well... I don't think they're all so much corrupt as they are ignorant. Really damn ignorant. Over at Neo Domino, they think we're all these awful monsters or something, I dunno - and one look at the Markers that they burn on your face when you get tossed in the Facility and most people freak out. And, hell, I got to know one guy who works for Security recently, and at first he was giving us the usual "Satellite scum" crap, but now he seems okay.

And anyway, it's not as bad as it used to be. The kids I look after, I know they're all gonna grow up into real good people.
