Lying about being a detective? No, I think that part's true. You show all the right symptoms to be one. You could actually say that it's the thing that gives you away.

Occupation makes no difference about whether a person is lying or being honest, Conan. I think we both know that. It may help them or give them away, but ultimately it's not that important.

You however, are like me. A person who manipulates. But you keep forgetting about it from time to time, which means that there's a certain amount of self-righteousness. There is a secret you want to keep no matter what, but it's also something you do not consider yourself at fault for.

I could say the same for you.

You are a manipulator. Even for tiny things, things people would do normally. You don't ask. Possibly to avoid feeling like you might have to pay them back?

More than that though, you have shown to have a kindness in you. In particular for children. Something most people wouldn't expect, considering what you have 'done.'

Really now? I think it's exactly because of what I've 'done'. And it's less 'children' than 'you', I guess. [But it's evident that the 'you're kind' part somewhat bothers him.]

Admittedly, this is from the Angel incident. You seemed to show actual concern when I mentioned the children.

Though the 'you' can fit for what happened at camp, with you saying to use the address of brother.

Though that part, I'm not sure. Why you have a particular fondness for me, but I admit, I have a horrible tendency at not understanding feelings towards me.
