[He still thinks most everyone on the island is insane. No, he still doesn't believe in all the magic. And yes, he's still trying to find some way to logically explain everything.
But even detective maniac Edogawa Conan needs a break. Which was why today he was taking a break. At present, he was sitting under a tree with a stack of comic books on top of his jacket laying on the ground.
They were Sherlock Holmes comics. He wanted to see if they were any good since he hadn't gotten the chance to read them back home. For the moment, he seems more than content.
...now, really, he's just asking for someone to bug him.]

You reeeeally just don't want to admit she's been here for as long as she has.

[After all, the Cocoon game had twenty four hours go by in game, but only a few hours out of game.]

That's not to say it's because it's 'magic' or this is a sentient island.

It felt like twenty-four hours passed in there when it was less than a fourth of that time.

...kind of glad there's an advantage to being a kid.]
Magic island, virtual reality system, it all seems improbable, but I've been in the Cocoon system. I know how real it can feel.
Why should I believe this place is magic over something that's at least logical?

You've got to accept that shit here isn't going to work like it does where you're from. Shit where people here are from probably doesn't even work the same. I can guarantee my home's a hell of a lot different than yours. And if you dare say any of that is fake again, if any of my friends here, any of what's happened here, any of it at all is fake, I...
*and he's just going to toss the holmes comic down on the sand, shove his hands in his pockets, and leave*
He really didn't want to make Crow mad. He's just stuck in his logic. D=
He sat there, staring after Crow. It would be a lie to say he didn't feel guilty. He knew this was a problem. He knew about this flaw, but to say it was magic? No, he couldn't accept it. He even said it to Beatrice. To say something was 'magic' was just an excuse for not looking for a truth that could be explained, that made actual SENSE.
Still, then came the problem of people's lives. People who lived in 'different worlds.' He could say that they were insane or maybe it was manufactured if he looked at it in a cold, objective way, but even that...
He didn't like it.
Especially when he thought about it, what guarantee was there that HE wasn't in that category? After all, he was in a seven year old body and thought he was seventeen. He very well could just be crazy or have a made up life in that sort of scenario.
But to just say it's magic and that's it...no, there was a way to make it all make sense. He wasn't sure how and the Cocoon was just the one that seemed most probable in all the highly improbably things. But he couldn't declare anything as the actual TRUTH yet.
Not until he could prove what WAS true.]

When it is not three AM I am probably going to come back here with Crow's inner feelings on the matter))no subject
...he'll apologize to Crow, probably. And lie through his teeth.))
