A-Ah! It's back! Menacing as ever I see...

Oh, come on now, I shouldn't be shivering like this! I've been on this island for pretty much two years and I'm still acting like a scaredy-cat! I've grown up since then! And I survived this house last year so I can take anything it throws at me, especially since I've gotten stronger since then!

... Still looks really frightening though.

But I can't help, but wonder if there's anything new that's even more dangerous than last year... It makes me want to go check it out just in case.

Right on, kid! It's a good thing I stopped by the burger bush to pick up some snacks on the hike in... you don't think we have to pay for going inside a haunted house now, do ya?

If I did, then I can't say I remember. How bad can it be? Just a couple guys wearing some costumes in a huge halloween set up for the fright fest to go on but nothing to be too worried about, I'd imagine.

... T-Terry-san, when they say this is a haunted house, it's REALLY haunted. There are real ghosts and monsters that will try and kill you. This might be an exaggeration, but Dante and I had to fight through hordes of monsters the last time we were in there.

... huh. That's certainly no ordinary five bucks to spend for a good scare, but that's it? I didn't think it was a chance to actually get an opportunity to get a good work out either!

Huh. Looks like a lobby floor or something. Kinda like those typical rich mansions you see in TV, only dark and cobwebs all over.

Very neglected too. It probably won't look the same if we try to go back to this same floor.

Oh, yes I do. [unsheathes her jeweled dagger] It's small, but it's a holy dagger. Most evil spirits won't go near it.

Mark a little arrow on the walls or on the floor pointing to the entrance. That way we can go by our little markers if we ever need to go back!

It could be anything though. It doesn't sound like it's nearby at least. Maybe we don't have to worry about that yet.

Yeah. Well, from the looks of it, we'll just have to hoof it out. Don't worry kid! If the worst case scenario happens then it will be up to you and me to make it the best case scenario!
