It's been so long since I've made a new book, I hope I didn't keep anyone waiting...anyway, since the last one was well received, I made another in the series.

Thank you, everyone, who have supported me making them--and...helped me through the years. I don't know what I'd do without this place. I'm really happy.

But--ah, it's the book you want too see, right?

There are many stars in the sky. More than I could ever count.

I've been told that they warm many worlds, like the sun warms us here.

I have seen them fall.

I've tried to catch one, but it seems impossible...

The stars are not only in the sky.

They are in the mirror, too.

Lots of them, twinkling brightly, proudly.

I could watch them forever.

But like you can't catch a star from the sky,

...you can't take one from glass.

All I know is that a star is unique,

that there is one for every person,

to keep them warm, and keep them safe.

Having a star makes you 'safe'.

Having a star makes you loved.

Will I ever catch a star?

Everyone has a star. There is a star for you,

there is a star for me.

Even if you don't catch that star right away...

even if you miss the falling stars...

That star is there.

Waiting to fall in your hands.

Then...

Maybe soon...

For all of us...

A star.

Because...it's about trying to obtain something you can't have. And that in itself is quite bittersweet.

Busy with helping the school and all. It's surprising how much this place has grown, hasn't it?

It's grown a lot and...well, it makes me happy.

Things make me happy and make me smile, now...but...

I wonder if what Freya said was true. That this is a program.

...no. I still stand by what I've said. No one can fake emotions, and yours are too genuine to be pretend.

But it's all data, isn't it? If something should make me smile, then I smile. If something's programmed to make me sad, then I'm sad.

But that's just it. People smile for many, many different things. Some things that make someone happy can cause grief for others, and other things that make people cry can make someone laugh.

...mm.

I suppose questioning my programming itself is enough of an emotion.
