Where to even start. You know what, I'm just going to go ahead and let you know that they have vending machines with used panties. That's...that's a pretty good way to get an idea of how crazy we're talking.

Well then let's make this a learning experience for both of us. They're machines that sell things; you put money in, make your selection, and it drops whatever you paid for.
